1 week to 2 months after shooting

We only accept bank transfers: We will contact you via email or LINE with the bank details after your reservation is confirmed.

Please make the payment between the time your request is confirmed and three weeks before the shooting date.

Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellation fee is as follows:

Cancellation fee: 20% of the total amount for cancellations made between 2 weeks and 1 week before the shooting date.
50% of the total amount for cancellations made between one week before and the day before the photoshoot.
100% of the payment due on the day of the shoot.
Any schedule changes due to rain must be decided at least two days before the scheduled shooting date. One rain-related schedule change is permitted free of charge.
A cancellation fee of 40,000 yen will be charged for each subsequent change.
