Prices and Additional Fees
Consumption tax is included in the prices shown.
Depending on the photography location, additional costs may apply, including transportation, parking fees, venue or location fees, and photography permit fees.
As these costs vary depending on the location and venue, a detailed quotation will be provided before you make your booking.
Detailed costs will be provided by email or other electronic means when you make an inquiry.
For payments by bank transfer, bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Edited digital images will be delivered within two months after the photography session.
If the delivery schedule may vary due to the type of shoot, busy periods, or other circumstances, you will be informed in advance.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
After reviewing your final quotation, please complete your payment at least three weeks before the scheduled photography date.
If your booking is made less than three weeks before the photography date, the payment deadline will be provided with your quotation.
For credit or debit card payments, you will receive a secure Square invoice by email. You can complete your payment online using the payment link provided in the email.
Your booking will be confirmed once your payment has been received.
For bank transfers, any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation fee is as follows:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you cancel your booking for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
14–8 days before the photography date: 20% of the photography fee
7 days before the photography date through the day before: 50% of the photography fee
On the photography date: 100% of the photography fee
If rain is forecast, we will generally discuss the situation and decide whether to proceed or reschedule approximately two days before the photography date.
One rescheduling due to rain is available free of charge.
For a second or subsequent rescheduling, a rescheduling fee of ¥40,000 will apply. This fee covers the need to reserve a new photography date and rearrange the schedules of the photographer and any staff involved.
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons, natural disasters, or major public transportation disruptions, we will discuss the situation with you individually and determine the appropriate arrangements.
